Welcome to Uhire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uhire platform at uhire.tech, including all related services, features, and content. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

By using Uhire, you agree that:

• Candidates may browse available job listings on the platform
• Candidates may apply for jobs and submit their profiles to employers
• Companies may post job listings and review candidate applications
• All use of the platform must comply with applicable laws and these Terms

When creating an account on Uhire:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles or job listings
• Misusing or abusing platform features, including automated scraping or spamming
• Engaging in any illegal activities or violating the rights of others
• Impersonating any person, company, or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

Uhire acts as an intermediary platform connecting job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job listing posted on the platform. We are not responsible for verifying the details provided by employers. Candidates are encouraged to independently verify the details of any job opportunity before applying.

Uhire is not responsible for any hiring decisions made by employers or candidates using the platform. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the suitability of any candidate or role. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uhire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data, cookies, session identifiers, device information, location permission data (when granted), and optional measurement and marketing tools (including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel where deployed). Optional tools follow the default position described there: they are not enabled until you choose Accept on our cookie banner unless you later change your choice. By using Uhire, you acknowledge these practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
