Built it from a single desk into an Analytics and AI talent consulting firm with offices in Gurugram, Noida, Pune and Bengaluru, working with analytics and BPM services firms, global capability centres, BFSI institutions and AI led teams as search partner, contract talent provider and embedded hiring team. Leads client delivery and the recruiting team, with hands on depth in generative and agentic AI, data science, credit risk, fraud, model risk and actuarial hiring, and built Uhire Intelligence, the in house platform every mandate runs on for mandate building, screening and pipeline health. Before Uhire, ran analytics and risk recruitment delivery as Partner at AV People Kart, where the niche practice that became Uhire was built; hiring for analytics roles since 2014.
