From one line to a full mandate
A client's requirement, even a single line, becomes a complete, structured job description and mandate: responsibilities, must have and strong signals, domain vocabulary, compensation band and screening criteria. The desk reviews it, the client confirms it, and every profile from that point is screened against it. What used to take a day of back and forth takes one read.
AI assisted screening
A resume becomes a structured candidate profile in seconds. Each shortlisted candidate is evaluated against the confirmed mandate for match, strengths, gaps and suggested interview questions, and a recruiter reviews every evaluation.
Pipeline health and alerts
Every mandate has an ageing view: how long each stage has taken, where candidates are waiting, which roles are drifting. Alerts reach the delivery lead before a role goes quiet, not after.
Candidate engagement
Verified intent is built into the workflow. Notice period, compensation expectations and availability are captured and confirmed through structured WhatsApp and call flows before a profile is submitted, so scheduled interviews happen.

Off the shelf recruitment software is built for volume hiring across every industry.
