Analytics Recruiter

We are looking for an Analytics Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for analytics roles. This position is ideal for a recruiter with hands-on sourcing and screening experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage relevant candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-in channels.
• Screen profiles for role fit, experience, compensation alignment, and notice period.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring pipeline efficiently.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support offer coordination and candidate communication through the hiring process.
• Build strong market understanding for analytics talent across relevant job families.

Required Skills/Experience

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably with analytics hiring exposure.
• Strong sourcing capability using Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn.
• Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in a day shift, work-from-office environment in Noida.
• Graduate degree in any stream.
• Ability to work against deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Nice-to-have

• Experience hiring for analytics, data, reporting, or similar niche roles.
• Exposure to high-volume hiring or multiple concurrent mandates.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics, pipeline tracking, and closure-focused hiring.
• Prior experience working with internal business teams or fast-moving recruitment functions.
